sketches and colors

I've been playing with my set of Tria markers lately so I thought I would post some examples. I'm not very good with them, but I just got a new book about marker illustration that it pretty interesting and hopefully I can learn some new things!

My sister is thinking about purchasing an older house and wanted me to come up with an idea of what she could do with it. Here's what I came up with. I was going for a more craftsman look on a budget...
